Jambo Swahili Language School is one of the best foreign language schools in Nairobi in 2024 offering Swahili lessons. The Swahili school was started in 2010 to promote Swahili language and culture.
Over the years, we ave accumulated extensive experience teaching Swahili to foreigners in East Africa to speak Swahili. We are today recognized as one of the best Swahili language school in East Africa to learn Swahili.
We offer various Swahili courses for different objectives. Therefore, we customize our Kiswahili lessons for individuals, small and large groups as need may be. Nature of Swahili Classes
We currently offer immersion courses in small groups and private lessons. Private lessons are ideal for students who need tailor-made programs for certain purposes, such as academic programs, missionaries etc. Typically, under the immersion program, lessons take up to 5 hours daily, 5 days a week, depending on specific needs.
Our language classes in Nairobi are either individualized, private, or in small classes with a maximum of 8 students. Individual or private classes offer one the comfort of studying at one’s pace and convenience. Fast learners are able to quickly complete their courses in record time, while slow learners are afforded individualized attention, ensuring that they are not left behind, as it often happens in large group classes.

Our Teaching Staff
We have a bilingual teaching staff who are well trained with have many years’ teaching experience. The longest member of staff has more than 20 years’ experience teaching Swahili, while the youngest has 2 years’ worth of experience. Their qualifications range from Diploma level to Master’s degree.
